Analyze risk according to plan
A given process is broken down into individual steps
Rating the probability of failure and it’s effects.
While some failures are inconsequential
Others may be categorized as catastrophic.
The ground level Fukushima generators were affected–
As the GE-3 engineers had presciently predicted
So what is the probability of rape?
Will the young female in an unsupervised fraternity party
Drunk to the point of unconsciousness escape
This is the pattern of many college barbarity.
So alcohol consumption is a major factor
And thus women must become aware
And learn to control and be selective
If rape prevention is to become effective.
