Intent on destroying the government

First and initially foremost his VP

Was willing to shut down the government over planned parenthood.
Dominionist and climate denier
Willing to light the world on fire
One whose actions on women are derelict
Fitting Hedges definition of a Christian Heretic
But Steve Bannon, Trumps Strategy Advisor displaced Pence in malevolence
Well educated, connected with DeVoss and the mercenary Eric Prince
His racist, anti-Semitic and Islamophobic views are well known
And he has influenced Trump these views to promote
Bannon, with billionaire Mercer family connections,
Advised Trump to pick cabinet heads to pursue “administrative deconstruction”
That his fiendish plan is to defund and decapitate
Most of the institutions forming our nation state.
But Bannon’s most chilling aspect is his anti-immigrant philosophy manifest
Is exemplified by his Bible- the novel The Camp of the Saints.
This unbelievably vile and perverted screed he supports
Describes white Anglo-Saxon Christians at war with shit-eating brown hordes
And explains one of Trumps first and most divisive plans
The unconstitutional Muslim immigrant ban.
And also supports Trumps xenophobic endeavor to build a wall
To cut off Mexican rapists and deport them all.
Trump wanders the White House till early morn
Tweeting up a veritable shit-storm
And Bannon is there insinuating his bizarre beliefs
On a lunatic who is our commander in chief
While behind the scenes unprincipled Republicans gloat
Who Trump humiliated and grabbed by the throat
Celebrate that despite this Trump has given them the prize
As they proceed to eat our institutions alive.
Let the woman go next that’s Education’s Betsy De Voss
Billionairess with an agenda and tools
Whose stated goal is to deftly toss
Billions to privatize our public schools
Thus starving public education
And enriching Christian institutions
Teaching creationism and debunking science’s rules
Massively defunding the public schools
While at the same time fleecing her own nest
As she did with private schools invest
Schools that will benefit from enormous sums
By receiving government funds
Betsy has several important connections
With billionaire Mercer and Steven Bannon
And her brother Eric Prince whose private army
Is replete with tanks, planes and cannons.
Poised if Trumps popularity plummets
To foment here or there an incident
For there is nothing like a little war
To bolster the influence a failing president
And at State there is Rex Tillerson
An Exxon executive his whole working life
And options on 63 million acres of Russia land
To exploit the oil global warming has made accessible
A company guilty of climate change cover-up
And helping and assisting in East Timor

Next is EPA’s Scott Pruitt who I can truthfully say
As Oklahoma attorney general repetitively sued the EPA
Fourteen times –almost a hobby

Global warming that may well spell our demise
So we know what havoc he will unleash

As he in a thoroughly botched raid
Lost a $70m plane, killed 30 civilians and put a Seal in his grave.
A raid he goaded Trump to bless
Implying Obama did not have the balls to finesse
And Trump says, “the general wanted it”—decrying
It as he quickly points out “they lost Ryan”.
And Trump boasts the botched raid was an oxymoronic success
Providing intelligence that will save American lives we guess
And deflects from his duplicity and obvious complicity
As he plays on the grief of War Widow Carryn Owen with felicity.
And Mnuchen at finance a multimillionaire
But how did he get there?
By foreclosing on thousands left in despair
Watching their homes disappear into thin air
As one of Trumps many who worked for Goldman Sachs
He is in a position to help Goldman do what they do best-
Create financial bubbles and deftly their investments unload
Just before these instruments summarily explode
And god forbid they privatize Social Security-
For the billions in commissions they would get
For with the next bubble’s limited longevity
There would remain absolutely no safety net.
And Neurosurgeon Ben Carson at HUD
Will certainly be a dud
And where he got his distorted view of history
Is surely a mystery?
Slaves were “immigrants” as we hear him softly profess
Who worked longer and harder for wages that were less
Who had a dream that their progeny might pursue a life of prosperity
And happiness no less
As a black man one wonders how Carson’s view is so distorted
Slaves were hardly immigrants but someone’s chattel
And bred (often by rape) in the way we breed cattle
With absolutely no rights as has been exhaustively reported.
And Perry at energy’s greatest asset is his hair
But clearly mentally lacking as was clear to see
When running for president to his despair
Of the departments he planned to abolish he remembered only two of three
And it came to him as a great shock
That rather that kowtowing with oil barons
And utilizing his Texas charm
That he would actually be supervising America’s nuclear arms.
And the Interior Department in Ryan Zinke’s hands
Will turn over to mining interests the public lands
And this may raise your ire
No surprise –he as with most of Trumps picks- is a climate change denier
Now Wilber Ross’s vitae is sure to impress
Including relations with a Russian Mob bank in Cypress
With Russian connections that running silent and deep
Information from the public he surely will keep.
And Sessions at justice I do decry
For his Russian contact comments were an outright lie.
But by recusing himself he deftly avoided a jury
For what can only be called blatant perjury.
And here is a man with a racist flaw
Charged with enforcing Civil Right law
Who will not protect blacks from the ravages
Of murdering police savages.
No, the overall picture is most bleak
Clearly the power of corporatocracy will peak
And the racist philosophy we all deplore
May end up involving us in a Holy War.
